Return Policy

Law OG 34/2014 allows the return of products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of their purchase without penalties and without citing a reason.

Thus, if you want to return the ordered products, we will in turn return the value of the products, less the delivery fees.

The value of the returned products is transferred immediately after we take possession of these products and ensure their integrity.

For the return it is necessary that the products are intact and unused . You can notify us both by email and by phone of your desire to partially or fully return an order. We will respond within a maximum of 3 working days.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return by Original Tradition SRL.

In order to accept the return of the products, they must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (have the original tags, not be worn or damaged). You must also maintain the integrity of the accompanying documents (invoice).

In order to be able to resolve your return request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the products via a courier company (eg: DPD, FAN Courier, Urgent-Cargus, Nemo Express, GLS), not via the Romanian Post.

You can opt to replace the returned product with another available in stock. If you want to replace the returned product with another available in stock, the return costs will be borne by you, and those with the delivery of the new product will be borne by us. Replacement with a product with a higher value requires payment of the difference by refund upon receipt of the parcel.

Reimbursement of the value of the returned product will be made within 14 calendar days at most by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.

For orders placed outside of Romania, the procedure is as follows:

You must first send the unused and intact product(s) back to us via a courier company or Romanian Post. These delivery charges will be borne by you.

After we receive the package and ensure that the product is intact, they will refund your money to the IBAN account specified in the return form. This operation may take up to 14 calendar days.

If you want to exchange the returned product with another product available in stock, the return fees will be borne by you, and the delivery fees for the new package will be borne by us. If the product you want to exchange is cheaper than the one you returned, then we will refund the difference to your bank account and send you the new product.

If the product you want to exchange is more expensive than the one you returned, we will issue an invoice so you can transfer the difference to our bank account. We will only send your parcel after the payment has been processed.

If you received a product other than the one you ordered or a product with defects, contact the my Romanian store team within a maximum of 72 hours (at phone number 0770 260 340 or directly at our headquarters in Strada Episcopiei no. 6, sector 1, Bucharest) to complain about this situation and we will ensure that the product is replaced with a new product or that the money is refunded as soon as possible. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by my Romanian store . For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them.

Careful! We do not accept returns with a refund!

If the order was sent to a destination outside the European Union (EU), any customs duties incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed by my Romanian store . However, you may be able to recover the amount of tax charged at customs - please contact your local customs office for more information before sending a package.
