Return Policy
Romanian law O.G. 34/2014 allows returning of items bought online in 14 calendar days since purchasing without penalties and without invoking a reason. Therefore, if you wish to return items bought from my romanian store we will reimburse you the equivalent of these items without the delivery fees. The equivalent of these items will be paid after we receive the said items unused and intact. You can send us your return request (either for the entire order or for a part of it) via email or by phone. We will respond in maximum 3 business days.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance of return by Original Tradition SRL. To be eligible for product return, the items must be in the same condition as delivered to you (original labels, not worn, used or damaged). Please keep the accompanying documents intact. To be able to resolve your refund request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you send your products through a courier company (such as DPD, FAN Courier, Urgent-Cargus, Nemo Express, GLS), not via the Romanian Post Office.
You can choose to replace the returned product with another available in stock. In this case the return costs will be borne by you, and those with the delivery of the new product will be borne by us. Replacing with a higher value product involves paying the difference at the reception of the package (available only in Romania). Repayment of the return value of the returned product will be made within 14 calendar days by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.
For orders placed from outside of Romania the procedure is as it follows.
First you must send us back the item or items (unused and intact) via a courier company or via the National Post Office. Those fees will be charged to you. After we make sure the item is not damaged, we will make the refund within 14 calendar days by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.
If you wish to exchange the returned product for another product available in stock the return taxes will be borne by you and the delivery taxes for the new item will be borne by us. If the replacement product has a smaller value than the returned one, we will make a payment in your account with the amount difference and then send you the new item.
If the replacement product has a bigger value than the returned one, we will issue an invoice, so you can make the payment for the amount difference in our bank account. We will send you the new item only after the payment has been processed.
If you have received a product other than the one ordered or a defective product, please contact my romanian store within 72 hours (at 004-031.422.02.59 or directly at our headquarters in 6 Episcopiei street, Bucharest) to claim it. We will ensure that the product is replaced with a new product or that the money will be repaid as soon as possible. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if any, are incurred by my romanian store. For products whose parcels show visible damage to courier delivery, we recommend that you refuse to receive them.
We do not receive returns with cash!
If your order has been shipped to a destination outside of the European Union (EU), any customs fees incurred by the customer will not be refunded by my romanian store. However, you may be able to recover amounts related to customs duties - please contact your local customs office for more information before sending any packages.
