Payment Options
The payment can be made with cash on delivery, by payment order/advance bank credit transfer (according to the pro-forma invoice issued by S.C. ORIGINAL TRADITION S.R.L.) or online with the credit card following the completion of the order.
• Payment with cash on delivery - available only in Romania
The payment shall be made in full, in lei, at the value confirmed and highlighted in the invoice issued, to the commissioner making the delivery at the time of receipt of the package.
• Payment by payment order/bank credit transfer
This payment shall be made in advance to the bank account of S.C. ORIGINAL TRADITION S.R.L. following the confirmation of the order and after the issuance of a pro-forma invoice with the value of the products ordered, according to the legislation in force. The final invoice shall be issued following the confirmation of the payment and shall be sent to the beneficiary along with the products ordered.

• Online payment with the credit card
On the webiste www.myromanianstore.com online payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron credit cards via the payment processor MobilPay. The money will be withdrawn from the account when finalizing the order, after completing the card data and the amount of the order value, in the payment processor interface. For payments made using credit/debit cards by Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard/Maestro) the 3D Secure system is used. This system guarantees that online transactions are as safe as any offline transaction (such as payments made at the ATM machine or in a shop via POS system). 3D Secure makes sure that all sensitive card information is being processed directly through the Visa and MasterCard systems and it is not stored or transferred in any way. Moreover, 3D Secure is a system that allows card owners to authentificate their online identity. The authentification process is made only with the security code known only by the card owner and is being processed only via Visa or MasterCard servers. 3D Secure system allows users to shop online with any card issued by Visa or MasterCard, including debit and electronic cards suchas Maestro and Visa Electron. Virtual cards issued by the two companies are accepted as well.
All tariffs for the goods presented on www.myromanianstore.com shall be expressed in lei (RON) and in euro (EUR) and they include V.A.T. The exchange rate at which the prices are calculated is 1 EURO = 4.50 RON.
In the case of online payments, my romanian store is not and cannot be held responsible for any other additional cost borne by the buyer, including but not limited to the foreign currency translation fees applied by the issuing bank of the credit card thereof, if the currency for issuing the credit card is different from RON/EURO. The responsibility for this action is borne only by the buyer.
