How to Order
You can order items from our shop either by placing an online order, by telephone or by email.
How do I place an online order?
Find the item/items you are interested in by browsing the menu from the upper screen side which contains all product categories, or by browsing the menu from the left screen side with all categories and subcategories of products, or by simply using the search bar located in the upper screen. After you made up your mind, press “Add to cart” and the chosen item will be automatically transferred into your shopping cart. After adding to cart the items you wish to order, the buying process will continue by pressing “Send order” and by completing all the required steps from the order page.
On the order page you will have to provide data like:
• order details – full name, phone number, email address, full delivery address (county/state, city, street and street number, building number, apartment number, intercom number), postal code;
• chosen transport method – transport by fast courier DPD or by Romanian Post Service, depending on your destination, or pick-up in store (my romanian store is located on Episcopiei 6 in Bucharest, Romania);
Pick-up in store is available only for online orders placed on the website and payed with a card!
• payment option – cash on delivery (available only in Romania), by card or by bank transfer.
By choosing to create an account on our website you could authenticate using your chosen username and password. By logging into your account, you can access order history and current order status; also, when placing a new order, you will not be required to provide all the contact information again. You can always modify or delete your account.
How do I place an order by phone?
Call us at 004-031.422.02.59 (Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) and a sales representative will assist you.
How do I place an order by email?
You can send us your order at hello@myromanianstore.ro, but we cannot guarantee that all items are available when we receive your message. Please include the following info:
• personal information – full name, phone number, email address, complete delivery address (county, city, street name and number, apartment number and floor, intercom), postal code;
• delivery method – fast delivery with DPD or through Romanian Post Service (depending on the destination);
• desired items – full name, product code or product link.
There is no minimum order value.
We work hard to make sure all prices on the website are correct but, due to human error or technical dysfunctionalities, the prices shown on the site may not be accurate. If this is the case and some of your chosen items are listed with an incorrect price, we will contact you to either confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you after various tries, your order will be considered cancelled and we will begin the reimbursement procedure. my romanian store will not send orders with products shown with a different price than the one in our usual price grid. We reserve the right to change the price of the products posted on the website at any time, except for products subject to a confirmed order, provided that the confirmed price is not technically error.
