The idea of the clay houses was born in 2019, a few years after an itinerary through the Transylvanian villages, where two good friends of Cristina's bought a Saxon house to restore it and regain its old-world charm. A great lover of nature and hiking, car trips, animals, photography and reading, Cristina Ghiță dreams of the day when she will move her workshop to the Saxon village between the hills of Transylvania, with her husband, Tom the cat and their good friends. Self-taught, she experimented over the years various techniques and materials, but for the time being she remained at clay modeling and watercolor painting.
