Raluca Țincă creates Little Houses, playful miniatures inspired by the picturesque architecture of Brașov, the beautiful Transylvanian city. Her project was born in 2014, a few years after the artist moved from her hometown to Brașov, and ever since the small houses were admired by romanians all over the country and by tourists from the wide world. The artist begins with modelling the statuettes from white or red clay; then she manually paints each one with acrylics, watercolors or ink. Some are burnt in the oven, others are just varnished and painted. Each Little House is decorated with intricate details making each piece truly unique.
